The eagle is rendered in sterling silver with gold accents, its wings and talons carved in the three-dimensional style that has defined the Jiyugaoka studio since its founding in 2009.

Takayuki Hiratsuka's eagle motif draws from the natural power and precision of birds of prey, translated into metal through the delicate carving techniques his artisans employ. The gold detailing highlights key elements of the eagle's form without overwhelming the silver composition.

Pool water is not recommended. Swimming pools are usually treated with chlorine, and chlorine reacts with sterling silver. So depending on how much chlorine is in the pool, you’ll probably have to clean your silver with a silver polishing cloth if you’re swimming frequently.
