Another iteration of Takahashi's large Sea Urchin Pendant, this piece wraps a turquoise cabochon in silver rope set against the radiating spine pattern that gives the design its name. Every spine is individually shaped, giving each pendant its own slight variations — the mark of genuine handwork from the Harajuku atelier.

Turquoise held particular significance for Takahashi. He sourced stones carefully, and the pairing of blue-green turquoise with oxidized silver became one of the defining combinations of the Goro's aesthetic. The sea urchin form amplifies that contrast through its dense, textural surface.
