This setup features an extra-large plain feather at centre, accompanied by a pair of medium heather wheel feathers. The medicine wheel motif on the flanking feathers references the Sacred Hoop, a symbol of cyclical life and balance across Native American traditions.

Six medium silver beads and two large silver beads are spaced along the cord, providing rhythm and weight to the arrangement. All components are hand-forged in sterling silver at the Harajuku atelier where Goro Takahashi began working over fifty years ago.

The all-silver palette gives this setup a cohesive, restrained character. It suits those who prefer the quiet authority of unadorned metal over gold or turquoise accents.

Shower water is generally fine - there aren’t any super harsh chemicals in our tap water that would react significantly with your sterling silver jewelry. The soap and water can even help wash away any residue from your skin and dirt in the air that can also cause your silver to look dull.

Pool water is not recommended. Swimming pools are usually treated with chlorine, and chlorine reacts with sterling silver. So depending on how much chlorine is in the pool, you’ll probably have to clean your silver with a silver polishing cloth if you’re swimming frequently.
